What is Shopify Priority Support?
More cost-effective and faster than ad hoc requests, you can choose a Priority Support package that suits your businesses needs and budget. Starting from 5 hours per month, your allocated hours can be used for small back end or front end development, design work, or general e-commerce consultation. All requests will be added to our project queue with priority status.

Priority response. Because your agreed priority support hours are included in our monthly schedule, we can respond quickly to your requests.
Flexible usage. Support hours can be used for small front-end and back-end development, design work, and strategy sessions.
Project management. Our project and product management team will work closely with you to provide consultation and support and handle your questions.
Tracked hours. Transparency is key, so we track how your support hours have been used and share this with you regularly.
You select the number of hours. Priority Support Packages start from 5 hours per month, but you can increase this to as many hours as you need. The program has a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
